Quality Policy

Trabtech Medical Advanced Technologies Inc., which reaches numerous individuals and institutions both domestically and internationally with its orthopedic and personalized (custommade) applications in the health sector, continues to touch a new patient’s life every day since its establishment, while also continuing its research and development efforts. Trabtech Medical Advanced Technologies Inc.;

I. Commits to effectively maintaining the requirements of EN ISO 13485:2016 and EN ISO 9001:2015 standards for its customers.

II. Pledges to increase the number of customers and their satisfaction without compromising on quality, and continually measures to elevate quality to the highest possible level.

III. Prepares the necessary infrastructure to determine quality objectives specific to the functions within the organization, in accordance with primary and secondary legislative requirements and customer conditions.

IV. Ensures the communication of the quality policy within the organization by posting the KEK.KP Quality Policy document in a visible location and making it accessible to all personnel within the company’s internal network system. To facilitate better understanding of the quality policy, it provides training to all employees on this matter, and includes Quality Policy and Quality Management System training in the orientation programs for new personnel.

V. Conducts internal audits on specified dates to ensure the continual suitability of the quality policy. Additionally, it provides the necessary resources for third-party audits to be conducted within the company in compliance with EN ISO 13485:2016 and EN ISO 9001:2015 standards.

VI. Aims to increase the company’s market share and competitive power by continuously improving quality.

VII. Provides a reliable, lean, and effective production system aimed at reducing faulty production, design, and production costs, increasing production and secondary process capacities, and shortening delivery times.

VIII. Aims to create an effective supply chain by increasing supplier alternatives and providing more cost-effective service procurement.

IX. Targets to create an integrated system and achieve quality objectives by meticulously conducting activities in Sales and Marketing, R&D, Design, and all other departments within the company using the latest technologies.
